In my practice I focus on Freedom - The freedom to love and be loved authentically. In life we can be held back by obstacles we can't see as well as by obstacles we can see. I specialize in helping clients working to free themselves from those roadblocks. Successful clients have entered my office asking questions like: "No matter what I say, my spouse hears something different." "Why am I doing this, again?" "I've done everything I know, and not advancing at work," "Why won't these thoughts (fears) leave me alone?"
My commitment is to use Scripture and scientific research to help clients name roadblocks and break free. My focus is on God's Grace. I work to help clients find freedom from shame, oppression, and secrets by and coming along side them as they work to grow into that freedom.
I help clients recognize their body's biological responses, capture emotions and thoughts, and draw from social and spiritual resources that allow them to find freedom from Anxiety, Depression, and issues resulting from past trauma or abuse. I help individuals and couples bridge the gap between male/female communication differences.
