I specialize in unraveling complex couples' dynamics, resolving childhood trauma/neglect, and providing experienced in-depth personal work for mental health clinicians.
I have studied and trained extensively with leading experts in newer experiential approaches to therapy based upon recent findings in neuroscience. I am a Somatic Experiencing practitioner (Peter Levine), an intermediate certified PACT therapist (Stan Tatkin), and certified provider in the Dynamic Attachment Repatterning Experience (Diane Poole-Heller).
