I'm endlessly curious about my clients and passionate about helping them discover or rediscover hope and joy in their lives. While I work with a wide variety of clients, I specialize in adult individuals struggling with grief and loss, trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I am also passionate about women's issues, helping new moms, the LGBTQ community as well as client's with eating disorders and/or body image concerns.
I work at Lifeologie Fort Worth. We are a collaborative group of 30+ therapists who creatively find solutions to stuck problems. We use good old fashioned common sense and have a relentless commitment to our work with adults, teens, children, elders, couples, and families.
