Has the weight of the world become too heavy? We are not meant to carry it alone. I became a therapist to help others navigate the transitions, challenges, and torrential storms of their lives, just as I learned to do in my own life. The client-therapist relationship is sacred. I pride myself on the strong connection I have with my clients, so that our work is meaningful and successful. My hope is that you feel more connected to your self and others, create boundaries to strengthen those relationships, and find more creativity, confidence and contentment in your life.
We will develop tools to replace regret, shame, and stress with hope, peace, and fulfillment. My approach is trauma informed and client centered. I am EMDR certified focusing on neurobiology with IFS, using mindfulness, experiential, and somatic techniques. I specialize in the effects of trauma and abuse, overcoming anxiety, and creating healthy connections.
Life never goes as planned. I too have been thrown off course, and through that struggle, created a resilience that has brought great peace, connection and sense of wholeness. This is a courageous choice and I would be honored to share your journey.
