It seemed to add more suffering on top of an already distraught situation. Suffering sucks! Life was made for living. I was tired of losing out because of what others had done to me or because I couldn’t get the solutions to my issues! My name is Iesha Anderson. I was born and raised in Houston, TX and graduated from Prairie View A&M University. I also attended Texas Southern University with a Bachelors in Psychology. Academics were a very important part of my life. I realized at an early age that education was vital to my future success in life and the life of others. I have always had a passion for counseling and helping since the first day I sat in my psychology course during my journey in undergraduate school. My experience in Real Estate, taxes, customer service, and mental health has equipped me with the ability to relate and understand where others are coming from. I have always had a passion for special populations and was blessed to find a career that combined my love for both, families and individuals.

My clients come from many situations. Mostly they come to me with brokenness, some are addicted to drugs, alcohol and/or sex. Some struggle inside their marriages. Others arrive with deep longings to be of value or feel worthy. I see a large number of men with sexual addiction. I see wives that feel traumatized and betrayed. Often people arrive in my office in a crisis. Most couples I see are in some form of a conflict cycle; they each have hurt feelings and cannot seem to get unstuck from the cycle. As I also conduct psychological assessments, some clients come to me to to be tested for various reasons, such as legal issues

Cassie has a strong practice in eating disorders. Additionally, she specializes in anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, as well as substance use disorders.
