Since 1973, I have used evidence-based approaches: Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Hypnosis, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Thought Field Therapy (TFT), and Auricular Acupuncture. I also use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Hypnosis, Grief Work, and Guided Trance. Rapid recovery for the above-mentioned issues is my specialty.

I was raised in an alcoholic family and became an addict myself, and since 1973, I've been in recovery. I also stopped a 4.5-pack-a-day cigarette habit in 1979. I use these past experiences, plus thousands of hours in school and workshops, to explore evidence-based therapies to help my clients resolve their life challenges.
