I aim to support my clients in approaching their challenges head on while using humor in the therapeutic relationship to provide healing and relief from the pressures of every day life.
Over the last 9 years, I have treated adults and adolescents with eating disorders across all levels of care. I have also worked with adolescents and emerging adults presenting with anxiety, depression, interpersonal struggles, and life transitions. Additionally, I have a passion for supporting families wanting to improve connection and communication.
