I have extensive experience in the treatment of substance use disorders, so I am comfortable working with those whose lives have been interrupted by the devastating effects of addiction. This includes family members of those who have developed addictions to mood altering chemicals. I work with those who are in recovery from substance use disorders and can guide those who are actively using into an appropriate level of care.
I am a clinician with 40 years of professional experience in the field of chemical dependence. Individuals who become addicted often feel that they will never establish productive & satisfying lives. If treated, addiction does not have to destroy lives, but can be become part of one's successful life story.
I work in private practice where the environment is relaxed yet professional. In addition to working with individuals in a clinical capacity, I am a Department of Transportation Qualified Substance Abuse Professional. I also provide professional drug free workplace training for companies who have drug free workplace policies.
