I provide psychotherapy services to individuals, couples and families in a comfortable and confidential setting. I offer a personalized approach to treatment with a supportive, collaborative and interactive style. I treat a wide range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, social isolation, medical illness, infertility, substance abuse, grief and loss, life transitions, goal setting and career strategy. I exhibit cultural sensitivity, and understand the patient as part of a system of family, work, friends, and community. I help patients identify key areas of their lives to nurture, maintain, grow or adjust in order to feel in balance.
While serving a varied population, I bring a particular expertise in the following areas: Individuals and family members struggling with addiction, families managing chronic or acute medical or end of life issues, infertility counseling around acceptance or finding alternatives, transitions after maternity/paternity or medical leave.
I have had a diverse body of work experience leading up to my therapeutic career, giving me an in depth understanding of corporations and their hierarchy, as well as a varied skill set.
