My goal as a therapist is to help couples, individuals, and families feel understood and accepted through expanding emotional awareness, healing from past hurts, and increasing security within relationship bonds.
My training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Trauma Focused Therapy informs my approach to counseling. I help my clients gain emotional awareness and regulation, identify and change patterns that are causing distress, and communicate emotions and needs vulnerably in order to deepen their relationships.
