Just as music, art, food, seasons and politics resonate with people on uniquely personal levels, so too does therapy. As a Humanist, I integrate multiple treatment modalities to address metal health challenges including fear, sadness, anger, frustration, trauma, guilt, shame or feeling "stuck." The core of my practice encourages continuous translation of therapeutic insights into personal growth opportunities. Integrated interventions may be insight-oriented, cognitive-behavioral, mindful and/or supportive to help us understand who you are, where you come from, who you want to be and what gets in the way.
I work with individuals, couples and families to address interpersonal, family and/or individual dynamics affecting both personal and professional life challenges or experiences. These may include but are not limited to relationships, divorce, children, addictions, sexuality, sexual identity, trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, work and conflict dynamics.
I specialize working with healthcare and other working professionals in high-stress/high demand careers and work collaboratively with a network of colleagues available for referrals based on clinical need and match.
