I have 8 years of experience working with clients of all ages to overcome issues such as depression, self-esteem deficits, stress management, bipolar, addiction, anxiety, adjustments/life transitions, loss, and women’s issues. I am licensed to practice professional counseling in Florida and Missouri and I am a certified School Guidance Counselor for grades K-12. I have worked in assessment and referral, inpatient, intensive outpatient, and outpatient settings using the modalities of individual, group, and family counseling.
My therapeutic priorities include assisting clients to gain independence, improve individuality with a healthy self-concept, manage stress to eliminate feeling overwhelmed, maintain sobriety, and improve overall mental health & well-being. I aim to assist clients achieve their desired outcomes through compassion, support, & encouragement.
