How challenging is your balancing act? How perilous is the tightrope walk? How far down is the safety net? Is there a safety net? My name is Daniel Yero, I am a licensed mental health counselor whose focus and effort is to help adolescents and adults who are struggling with their balancing acts in life. For some the struggle is with feelings such as depression, anger and/or anxiety, for others, the struggle is with substances or process addiction.
My primary modality is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I also draw from 10 years of experience in ABA. I use skills of ACT and Motivational Interviewing and, if appropriate, I use Experiential Therapy in an effort to help individuals gain insight into what is throwing them off balance in their walk.
