I have 20+ years of experience in successfully treating depression, anxiety, insomnia, marital/family problems, addictions, anger and PTSD. My practice is dedicated to helping people with all types of emotional and psychological disorders with a special focus on recovery from Codependency, Eating Disorders, Substance Abuse and Insomnia. I treat insomnia using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy vs. drugs. Getting quality sleep can greatly reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety, overeating and more!
