I am honored to hold space for others recovering from depression, anxiety, addiction, and mood dysregulation. Family dysfunction impacted my development and I did not learn effective ways to cope. I am grateful that I sought help and have now been in recovery 35 years. I bring respect, kindness, compassion. and curiosity to your sessions so that I can encourage you on your journey. Through practices of forgiveness, self-compassion, and mindfulness I want to help you grow deeper in your awareness so you can live your life as the spiritual being you are created to be. I use a variety of interventions to help you reach your goals. I am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Trauma Focused Therapies.

Sacred Journey Group

Sacred Journey groups provide opportunities to build connections and community as you explore a variety of topics. Mindfulness and meditation, self compassion, resiliency, learning to lovingly parent yourself, forgiveness: these are just a few of the topics that will be explored in the sacred journey groups. Cultivating Self Compassion

This is a four week group focusing on cultivating self compassion. The group is held via Zoom and will cover topics such as mindfulness, boundary setting, and quieting the inner critic.
