I offer individual therapy to adults. I have experience working with mood disorders, anxiety, relationship difficulties, personality disorders, thought disorders, and substance use issues. I utilize ACT, Motivational Interviewing, EMDR, DBT (informed), I-CBT and operate from a client-centered and strengths-based approach in my practice.
