We will accomplish this by increasing your ability to handle your stressors, develop improved methods of managing worries and fears that may be triggering anxiety, seeking healthy boundaries and relationships, and focusing on staying in the present moment and finding peace and happiness within that moment today. I utilize strategies consistent with cognitive-behavioral therapy in a convenient virtual (video) setting. Yes you can do therapy in your PJ’s!
Within our community, I see so many people struggle with anxiety, depression and relationship hardships. It is truly a joy to be able to help my clients overcome these hurdles and lead happy, fulfilling lives. I am also passionate about and invested in helping individuals through pre or post partum issues, pregnancy, pregnancy loss and/or infertility issues.
