Life can be full of challenges—whether you're working through mental health struggles or towards recovery, facing changes, or simply looking to improve your overall well-being. No matter where you are in your journey, I'm here to support you in making the changes that matter to you. With 26 years of personal recovery and 20 years in the working in the helping professions, you can feel confident that you're receiving quality care. I offer virtual service from 9am to 5pm and in network with most major insurances.
CBT, DBT, and MI build a foundation to improve moderating mood and self regulation. IFS and EFT are used to better understand ourselves and how we relate to others. CPT, ERP and EMDR can be used to process trauma. Together we will leverage skills to help build resilience, and work toward lasting and meaningful change.
Facing mental health and substance use challenges can feel overwhelming. I’m here to join in your personal journey, focusing on your strengths and goals. Utilizing evidence-based practices you will improve insights and gain added skills to support your progress.
