At times we feel stuck, overwhelmed, and in survival mode. It is difficult to think, choose, communicate, and navigate life. We all go through these moments. Whether you are experiencing a life transition, career stress, family issues, relationship problems, grief, loss or anxiety and depression, it is my hope to help you with building resilience, carving out a path to healing, and carrying out important changes in your life. I offer a compassionate, holistic, and empowering approach to therapy; one that is mindful of the person's physical, emotional, and social context.
I’ve trained and worked in: crisis intervention, cognitive neurology, inpatient hospital floors, and outpatient individual and group therapy. These experiences have been in Boston with organizations such as MGH, Fenway Health, and Beth Israel Deaconess. I can especially help with life transitions, grief, family issues, trauma/PTSD, and self-esteem.
I have experience working with a variety of clients, ranging from teens to older adults, people of various cultural and spiritual backgrounds, adults from diverse gender and sexual identities, and chronic disease/conditions.
