I offer professional Christian counseling with offices in Denton and Flower Mound. I've been working with individuals, groups, couples, and families for over 15 years in community and private settings as well as discipleship, recovery, and teaching ministries in the local church. I also train counselors as a licensed Supervisor. I hold certifications through the Association of Biblical Counselors (ABC) and have post-grad training from the Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI) of the IOCDF, and Inference-based CBT through the OCD Training School. Beyond those, I love being a pastor/elder in my local church.

I've specialized in treating OCD, anxiety, depression, adult ADHD/ADD, and pornography addiction, but also frequently work with relational conflict, spiritual crises, and people-pleasing issues. My heart is to help you apply the grace of Jesus Christ to all of life.

Through the counseling relationship, God has provided both an ordinary means of grace and other common graces whereby he glorified in the transforming of His people into His image "from one degree of glory to another" (2 Cor. 3:18), and for the common good of all (Gal. 6:10).
