With 28 years of clinical experience I'll help you function and feel better internally and in your relationships. I offer phone and video-call sessions in addition to in person. My style is engaging, dynamic and motivational. EMDR, breath-work, and guided meditation are available in both executive coaching and psychotherapy sessions. I am also a clinical consultation provider.
I offer both psychotherapy and executive coaching. In the coaching we focus on your career advancement, your work relationship style, maximizing your creativity, enhancing leadership and mentorship potential. Both modalities will employ role play, psychodynamics, developmental theory, EMDR Cognitive Restructuring and hypnotherapy relaxation.
I have extensive experience working with performers and other creatives, entrepreneurs, therapists, physicians, writers, producers and athletes. In my career as a performer I danced for several American ballet companies as a soloist and principal. I trained at American Ballet Theater and School of American Ballet. I sing with New York City Gay Men’s Chorus.
