Facing addiction, trauma, legal challenges, or major life transitions? We can work together to resolve your concerns, and navigate life's challenges in a supportive, nonjudgmental space. I am trained in multiple evidence-based therapies and use a personalized, multi-modal approach tailored to your unique needs and goals. In addition to therapy and EMDR, I provide court-ordered substance abuse evaluations, work with family courts, accept attorney, Probation, and Diversion referrals, offer professional consultation and expert testimony, and am a member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC).

With 20 years of experience in mental health and substance use treatment, addiction counseling remains a central part of my practice. I work with individuals concerned about, alcohol, drugs, relapse, behavioral addictions, and co-occurring mental health concerns. My approach is direct, collaborative, and individualized.

Trauma is another major focus of my clinical practice. I provide EMDR and other evidence-based approaches for clients experiencing trauma, PTSD, grief, anxiety, and related concerns. Treatment is tailored to the individual rather than a single method, with an emphasis on understanding how past experiences affect present functioning.
