I graduated from CWRU and have received a variety of evidence-based trainings including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Exposure Therapy (ET), Existential Therapy, Guided Imagery, Mindfulness, 12-Step Recovery, and Culturally Sensitive approach.
Struggling with mental disorders is painful. However, therapy and medication are equally helpful. Therefore, what we talk about, changes how we view our problems and the world around us.
