Too often the world outside doesn't offer safety, representation, or belonging. Over time that absence becomes internalized: self-doubt, shame, a quiet disconnection from who you really are. Trauma makes it heavier. It becomes an anchor, chaining you to pain you didn't ask for and didn't deserve.

I hold space for people who have experienced that weight. I specialize in trauma, PTSD, and affirming care for LGBTQ+ individuals of all ages. Using client-centered approaches I help people at every state of life reconnect with who they are. Virtual sessions across Nevada and Texas.
