You might feel stuck and unsure where you are going. My job is to guide you towards change and help you un-believe false narratives about yourself that are holding you back. Much of my work is focused on working with LGBTQ+ people, self esteem and managing relationship issues. I also specialize in working with gay men who struggle with substances or addiction. Additionally, I work with co-occurring mental health conditions such as trauma, anxiety, and depression.
In my work, I use my experiences alongside my education. As a white passing bi-racial gay man, I understand that people are complex and my experiences allow me to humbly understand and embrace the inner life of my clients.
I provide a safe and warm environment free from judgement. In our work together, we will explore who you are and where you come from. I will help you build insight and self acceptance, we will uncover patterns you may not have noticed before. I will challenge and empower you, reinforce your strengths and help you discover new coping skills.
