I apply several theoretical orientations such as, but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Family Systems Theory in my practice to best meet my clients' individual needs. I am a certified sports counselor. My specialties include working on athlete transitions, injuries, concentration, stress, anxiety, and attentional focus. I believe that athletes need to be mentally perceptive or their performance may suffer. I am certified as a Grief Recovery Specialist, helping clients understand their unique heartbreak.
