I am a trauma-informed, client centered therapist, who’s overall goal is to create a safe and compassionate environment for you to feel comfortable processing your concerns, while feeling empowered to navigate life’s challenges. I have a passion working w/ children, teens, and young adults, as they develop their own independence and transition through life.

Now, I will be transparent, therapy is not a quick fix. It’s a process to identify underlying concerns and work towards gaining back autonomy of your life.
