As a practitioner of Jungian, depth, and psychodynamic psychotherapy, I specialize in supporting those who feel stuck, down, depressed, or anxious; those who are searching for purpose, calling, or meaning; and those who are interested in incorporating dreamwork into the therapeutic process. Often, when we find ourselves at a standstill or in a crisis, our potential for healing and transformation comes from the unconscious side of the psyche. Since 2014, I have specialized in supporting veterans as they seek to heal and transform after war and military service, as well as first responders in search of healing.
It is important for me to meet my clients in a caring, supportive way, as we attune ourselves to the inner world so that we might better understand what symptoms, suffering, and dreams are calling for. At the same time, I utilize an integrative approach to introduce clients to practices that can increase overall wellbeing.
My training includes a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology, with an emphasis in Depth Psychology and Professional Clinical Counseling; and a certificate in Ecopsychology. In addition to offering psychotherapy, I am able to offer Ecotherapy (nature-based) sessions, and dream consultations, where we explore specific dreams or dreamwork in general.

Veterans and First Responders
Oftentimes, warriors (veterans and first responders) have a tendency to identify with their role as warriors in the military, law enforcement, fire department, or EMS. As this happens, we lose touch with who we really are, forgetting that the mask we wear is not the true self. It is just one part of our identity. Our goals throughout our group therapy process are to explore who we really are beneath the mask we wear, to discuss the hardships we face, to lean into our healing and transformation processes.
