Sometimes people come to therapy knowing something needs to change, but don't yet have the words for what’s wrong. I tend to think of mental health as something we build over time—through patience, consistency, and practice. I work with teens, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and periods of feeling stuck or overwhelmed. While I have experience supporting clients in everything from career direction to severe mental illness, my focus is helping people understand themselves more clearly and find ways to move forward that feel sustainable and meaningful.
In our work, we might explore the stories you hold about yourself and where they came from, while creating space to step back from unhelpful thoughts. I also use a parts-based perspective, recognizing different sides of ourselves—sometimes in conflict, sometimes trying to help. I value a collaborative, practical approach to change.
