We sometimes need help to consider our life experiences, skills, strengths and resources when confronted with a complicated transition in life.

With over 20 years experience working with at-risk populations and their families, I help clients focus on solutions and their future. As a therapist it's important to collaborate w/ clients to find solutions, develop realistic goals and identify resources, for life's challenges, that may help them reach their fullest potential.

I like to use innovative methods like walk and talk therapy, experiential learning and art as forms of therapy.
