Groups
Soundtrack of Our Lives (Therapy with Music)
Adolescent support group meeting weekly on Mondays from 5-6PM with an emphasis on music as a therapeutic tool. Members are encouraged to share music that reflects their thoughts/feelings. Everyone has a chance to check in about their week and explore it together. The goal of the group is to heighten awareness, encourage mindfulness and offer a social environment of support. Each group member will effectively learn how to use music therapeutically as a coping strategy to accompany other resources / interventions. Group is continual and can be joined at any time. Insurance accepted or $20/week out of pocket.

Facing the Storm (Therapy with Mindfulness & Art)
A group open to both teens and adults that meets Saturdays at 4 P.M. and usually lasts for an hour. It is open to be joined anytime. The emphasis is on both mindfulness (being more present in the here and now of life) and creativity. Each week members can expect to engage in a project that offers insight into emotions, awareness, and facilitates some aspect of mindfulness. Projects include: drawings, paintings, photography, collages, crafts and more. Members are given a chance to share and explain their work in a supportive group. Insurance accepted or $20/week out of pocket.
