Though I have experience helping clients overcome many conditions, my primary focus is on treating adults and adolescents suffering from anxiety, depression, and/or trauma. I use CBT (cognitive-behavioral therapy) and mindfulness interventions, and I may include other therapeutic techniques depending on your unique needs.
