I work with adults and couples carrying relationship strain, chronic stress, grief, identity questions, or the emotional impact of illness, pain, infertility, or medical trauma. Perhaps you are the one who keeps functioning, caring for others, or holding everything together while feeling increasingly disconnected from yourself. As a couple, you may be caught in cycles of pursuit, withdrawal, caregiving, or silence. I work with adults and couples, including men, LGBTQIA+ clients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals, who want to understand these patterns and feel more connected, grounded, and fully themselves.
Grounded in attachment, family systems, trauma, and somatic awareness, our work won't be about pushing through or surface-level strategies. We thoughtfully explore your internal organization—how emotion, physiology, neuroscience, and relationship patterns interact—so that more integration, intimacy, and a renewed sense of aliveness can emerge.
I also specialize in chronic pain/illness, and offer Pain Reprocessing Therapy, understanding persistent pain as neuroplastic—shaped by learned neural pathways. We work to shift the pathways and the emotional and relational dynamics that can reinforce them. I can help you change your experience of your body, how you navigate stress, and engage in your life.
