I work with individuals and couples navigating chronic illness, pain, loss, identity shifts, and life transitions - experiences that reshape how you see yourself, relate to others, and feel in your body. In relationships, this can show up as shutting down, overfunctioning, or getting caught in pursue–withdraw cycles that leave you both feeling alone. Together, we make sense of these patterns, what they’ve protected, what you need, and ways to shift toward greater connection, clarity, and calm.

Grounded in attachment, family systems, trauma, and somatic awareness, our work won't be about pushing through or surface-level strategies. We thoughtfully explore your internal organization—how emotion, physiology, neuroscience, and relationship patterns interact—so that more integration, intimacy, and a renewed sense of aliveness can emerge.

I also specialize in chronic pain/illness, and offer Pain Reprocessing Therapy, understanding persistent pain as neuroplastic—shaped by learned neural pathways.
