With couples, we work through pursue-withdraw cycles, emotional disconnect, and the strain that illness, caregiving, infertility, grief, or life transitions can bring. We slow reactive responses, explore the deeper emotions and needs beneath them, and rebuild the emotional connection, trust, and openness that both partners need to feel seen and understood.
In individual therapy, we work to understand the deeper emotional, relational, and nervous system patterns that keep you stuck.
