I work with individuals and couples navigating chronic illness, pain, loss, and life transitions or disruptions - experiences that reshape and impact how you see yourself, relate to others, and feel in your body. In relationships, this can look like shutting down, overfunctioning, or getting caught in pursue–withdraw cycles that leave you both feeling alone. Together, we make sense of these patterns, what they’ve protected, what you need, and ways to shift toward greater connection, clarity, and calm.
You may be questioning your identity, meaning, connection, and how to live inside a life that has changed. Grounded in attachment, family systems, trauma, and somatic awareness, this work isn’t about pushing through or fixing you. It’s about creating the conditions for you, your body, and your relationships to feel more integrated, coherent, and alive.
I also specialize in chronic pain and illness. Trained in Pain Reprocessing Therapy, I support clients in understanding and reducing neuroplastic pain while addressing any associated emotional patterns. My approach is structured, engaged, and deeply attuned—designed to go beyond symptom relief and into a more integrated, empowered, connected way of living.
