Welcome to what may be a journey of significant transformation. My clients often struggle with distressing circumstances in the present moment, past events that they cannot seem to move away from, and potential futures that cause a sense of overwhelming dread. This distress affects their relationships with others and themselves, often doubting themselves and engaging in unhealthy behaviors influenced by disruptive thoughts and uncontrollable emotions. Whether they are rooted in trauma, anxiety, depression, and/or substance abuse, my clients seek resolution of their longstanding struggles and healing in the form of wholeness.
My approach affirms a core message: there is nothing inherently wrong with you; what has occurred is a separation from our true selves that creates disruptive thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I have extensive training in collaborative and holistic methods, all of which emphasize accessing our internal world, which is the source of many of our struggles.
