Together, we’ll identify patterns, triggers, and vulnerabilities, then work through them step by step using structured exposure techniques. Having recognized OCD traits in myself, I understand the process from both sides. I also treat schizophrenia, autism, depression, generalized and social anxiety, and borderline personality disorder.
At NOCD, my team and I specialize in providing evidence-based treatment for people with OCD. Our deep understanding of the nuances and intricacies of OCD enables us to properly diagnose and treat it. Additionally, we have received intensive training in Exposure Response and Prevention Therapy (ERP)—the gold standard treatment for OCD.
