About
My entire therapeutic approach is based around your needs, your experiences, and your strengths. I won't assume I understand your situation. Instead, I will listen and get to know your unique experience. I won't dictate answers or determine your path. But I will be honest with you about what I see, and I'm not afraid to tell you when something isn't working. While I take pride in my education and experience, I am most proud of my ability to engage my clients, help them to feel comfortable, and earn their trust.
I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I was the Clinical Coordinator for an inpatient addiction treatment facility where I was also primary therapist for First-Responder patients (police, firefighters, and military). I am a Department Chief at an inpatient psychiatric hospital. I am comfortable working with a wide variety of patients and conditions.
Whether you are seeking long-term therapy for disabling illness or a more short-term adjustment to improve your efficiency and quality of life, I will tailor our work together to fit your needs and goals. You came this far on your own- let's take the next step together.
