I have been practicing since 2016 and I started my private practice 2018 helping couples and individuals in both counseling and life coaching. I am a certified clinical supervisor and currently working on my Doctorate. I have vast and diverse experience both providing direct client care and managing other clinicians in various clinical settings.
I always tell clients that the biggest mistake most people make is that they undervalue themselves and their abilities.
