My doctorate and primary orientation is Cognitive-Behavioral; I also have a masters in psychodynamic and pull from other evidenced-based practices as well. I am credentialed as a National Health Service Psychologist, so my practice is comprehensive and incorporates more than just thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
Though it may be a bit cliche, "Help me help you..." has been a powerful message during my experience in a variety of multidisciplinary settings (e.g., inpatient, hospital, residential, outpatient/community, school, college, forensic).
