I help clients in college or in their 20s facing relationship issues, anxiety, depression, ADHD, loneliness, and men’s issues. I find a lot of clients need help increasing motivation, getting important things done, reducing anxiety and procrastination, and tackling academic & career challenges. I use strength-based, person-centered therapy to empower growth within your unique reality. For young adults with neurodiversity, I also bring years of experience in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) which we can use to reinforce desired outcomes and suppress unhelpful habits. You can book online 24/7 and start therapy in 2-3 days.
I'm part of the team at Resolution Counseling's Millburn office and we want to make it easy to start therapy.
