Our initial work is to understand your past and how it shapes your perceptions of challenges. As we learn how these perceptions came into existence, we then work toward making different choices in our interactions with others. In this manner we attain understanding and acceptance of our "self" and others.
Having experience and training as a Behavioral Therapist and Psychoanalyst, I am able to work with my patients on both a cognitive and emotional level.
