My professional experience is with individuals who are newly sober/struggling with addiction, as well as their families in need of support. Additionally, I have extensive experience working with clients suffering from depression, grief, relationship concerns, anxiety, and those who are caregiving elderly parents. I am available to conduct drug and alcohol interventions, if needed, and see clients of all ages.
I use an integrative approach to meet the needs of each client, combining a variety of techniques that both support and challenge them in their therapy process. Each individual is helped to understand the unique nature and origin of what brought them to therapy.
I focus on affirming my clients' strengths and gifts in addition to providing them with the appropriate tools to cope with life's challenges, and together we explore solutions that will enable them to live a life of wholeness and meaning.
