I have experience working with individuals with anxiety, depression, substance use, anger, communication issues, trauma, and a variety of other challenges from general to more severe psychiatric conditions. Instead of telling you what you "should" do, I am here to guide and give you tools to identify what you want for yourself and how to unlock that path.
