Managing complex emotions and past traumas can be challenging, especially when trying to balance the difficulties of everyday life. In my practice, I seek to help my clients work through their challenges and become more aware of their patterns and thought processes. I provide clients with an empathetic and affirming space that allows them to feel comfortable tackling their issues, yet I also aim to challenge my clients to look beyond the obvious and recognize damaging behaviors.
I work with a variety of individuals and diagnoses, though I specialize in therapy with teenagers, young adults, and working adults. Through my years of experience as a therapist in a variety of settings, utilizing a variety of modalities, I have the ability to tailor the treatment I provide to the specific individual.
