I primarily work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and questions of identity and belonging. I have a particular passion for working with men exploring masculinity, emotional health, and authentic connection. I also enjoy supporting LGBTQIA+ clients, individuals exploring sexuality and relationship structures, and those navigating religious trauma, faith transitions, or sexual shame. Together, we’ll work to better understand the patterns keeping you stuck and build a life that feels more aligned with your values and goals.
My approach is person-centered and trauma-informed. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and attachment-based perspectives. I believe many of our struggles began as attempts to adapt, survive, or protect ourselves, and I’ll help you understand those patterns and create meaningful change.
