I specialize in working with individuals who are navigating relationship challenges or conflict, have communication difficulties, or are wanting to work on understanding their attachment style(s) and the impact of family of origin dynamics.
I am most passionate about working with growth-oriented individuals and folks in relationships who feel that they are not reaching their full potential. My goal is to work together to help you gain insight about yourself, identify helpful coping strategies and skills, and to help you explore and understand patterns that may no longer be serving you.
