I’m especially passionate about supporting the LGBTQ+ community and helping individuals and couples work through challenges to create a stronger and more authentic life worth living.

I offer a direct and humanistic approach to therapy. My sessions are honest and transparent, and focused on growth and healing. I have training in effective evidence-based therapies that I tailor to your needs as a client.
