About

This is a safe place where that question can be asked multiple times and from multiple angles to help you get clear on the life you want to live. I specialize in working with high-achieving men and women going through life transitions, stress at work, and those who are dealing with issues around relationships, depression, and anxiety. I am also the host of the SuperPsyched Podcast and you can learn a lot about me there.
My approach comes from many schools of psychology due to the fact that people have individualized responses to different ways of working and I believe that each person needs a personalized approach. Because of this, I tailor therapy to each client based on his or her communication style and needs.
Positive Psychology informs my work in that I believe that alleviating depression alone does not equal happiness. A deeper goal is assisting people in leveraging strengths and meaning, and finding fulfillment and happiness.
